ICE Inc. Agents are trained and directed to resolve all contacts and complete all deliverables per workplan and servicing a “One and Done” performance objective where one call or the first call does it all (FCR).

Reporting to the Centre Manager that is physically located among the agents in a dashboard turret with campaign-specific virtual and physical wall boards, agents are monitored and trained according to advanced and aggressive KPI and using intra-day and summary performance metrics data.
