First-Party/Outsource Debt Recovery:

By engaging your customer as an extension of your engagement, successful and amicable solutions are readily attainable. We will look after you’re A/R and we guarantee the results you expect. Letter-Campaign Debt Recovery:
Letter-only solutions are available if you do not prefer your customer to receive phone calls from our professional debt recovery specialists. The demand letters will advise your customer that due to the escalating delinquency of their account, a third-party intervention may be required and payment is expected. All contact with your customer is by letter only.

Commercial Credit Recovery:
Commercial Credit Recovery specialists trained in analyzing the source of a commercial or business-to-business delinquency, such as ATB, cash flow and A/R reports, review and provide practical solutions to successfully resolve the delinquency. All contact with your customer is via telephone and letters.

Third-Party Debt Recovery:
Upon placement of your mid-stage delinquent customers a customized work-plan that provides successful solutions to your recovery needs is designed and engaged. Our team of Debt Recovery Specialists will contact your delinquent customer directly by phone and by letter and resolve the account to your satisfaction. Each account will be analyzed by the collector, by our technology tools and by our probability scoring models to determine the best solution and exact payment from your customer. All contact with your customer is via telephone and letters.

Legal Recourse:
Through Credit and Collections Law specialists with proven records of successful advanced and sophisticated legal action, negotiation and litigation, both in retail and commercial scope, ICE Inc. provides legal escalation solutions at any stage of delinquency and at the service level of your choosing. Alternatively, you may wish to have ICE Inc. process your legal work directly and without ICE Inc. identifiable intervention via one of our available services first. In either case, ICE Inc. will ensure that delinquent accounts where Legal Action is economically and practically feasible, will garner successful results by way of Judgment, Wage Garnishment, Bank Account Garnishment, Asset Attachment, Asset Seizure and Sale. All contact with your customer is by legal letter and telephone.

Skip-trace:
Your delinquent customer may have moved or is otherwise not locatable. ICE Inc. provides skip-trace service to get you back in contact with your customer. With your approval, this service may also be incorporated to other service levels to provide enhanced service and enhanced recoveries. Our team of seasoned skip-trace specialists uses the latest tools and technology to enhance their investigation experience, including government and private sources. As a stand-alone or incorporated service, skip-tracing results provide an advantage to successful recoveries. All contacts are by telephone.

Dialer:
To ensure superior contact rates with your customer, ICE Inc. engages Dialer Technology for automated calling. Dialer enhances our ability to get in contact with your customer and once the customer is on the line, the call is immediately routed to an ICE Inc. agent for handling. Dialer technology can make up to 200 calls per minute and keep all live connections active while an ICE Agent speaks to each customer. Dialer services are engaged only with client authorization.

Consultancy:
I.C.E. Inc’s management team can analyze you’re internal A/R , recovery and external placement strategy and operations and provide feedback to illustrate opportunities for increased efficiencies and performance. The service draws upon the 60 years’ combined successful experience of the management team and the successful application and implementation of devised strategies, processes and methodologies.
