Q: If my account is placed at ICE Inc., can I pay my bill directly to the creditor?
A: YES. However, you should be aware that the Creditor has assigned the account to ICE Inc. and that ICE Inc. is entrusted with receiving your payment. Paying to the creditor once your account is at ICE Inc. may delay the proper crediting of your account and the proper release from your obligation to pay.

Q: How can I pay my bill?
A:
The easiest and most effective way to pay your bill is to pay at ICE Inc. TD Canada Trust branch as instructed by your ICE Agent and your ICE Correspondence. This will ensure your account is correctly updated and correct statused at both ICE and the creditor’s offices.

Q: Why should I communicate with ICE rather than the creditor?
A:
ICE Inc. Agents and personnel are specifically trained and directed to resolve your account in a way that all parties and stakeholders benefit the most.
ICE Inc. agents provided real world-solutions and act your case manager seeing your account to a conclusion that you can live with.

Q: Once I pay, what happens to my account?
A:
Once ICE Inc. receives your payment, your account is immediately credited and documented and the creditor is notified. If your payment is a Payment-in-Full (PIF), all activity and actions against your account are suspended pending final closure.

Q: Should I take other options before paying, such as filing a bankruptcy or signing-up with a credit counselling service?
A:
You must decide what the best option is for you. What you should know is that both a bankruptcy (full and proposal) and credit counseling cost more and leave lasting effects on your credit, while paying your account involves no associated costs nor any long-term effects.

A:
ICE Inc.’s dedicated team of professionals will design and implement an efficient work onboarding strategy for your business based entirely on your needs. Depending on your needs, a time frame can vary from 24 hours for low-volume standard work to 90 days for complex and high-volume projects.
