Sam Dhaliwal Owner and Founder of International Credit Experts along with the Management Team have created the I.C.E. Awards Program designed to recognize excellence and perseverance among our valued staff. The I.C.E. awards will be handed out at International Credit Experts 2nd Annual Holiday Gala on Saturday, December, 10th, 2011 and yearly thereafter. The proceeds of the yearly Gala will be used to benefit a different charity each year. In creating the I.C.E. Awards it was important for us to exemplify the unique character of our company and the people that have helped to build it. As such, we have given each award an identity that ties back to those whose influence can be felt through our company.

 

 Name: The President’s Award

The President’s Award is dedicated to the agent that has contributed and generated the most revenue to I.C.E. while ensuring that the value and quality of their efforts upheld the integrity of I.C.E. and our valued clients on a consistent basis.  The 1st Lady Award is dedicated to the agent in our Early Out Program who has consistently displayed Superior Customer Experience, Call Quality, and Phone Etiquette. Like the President’s Award the recipient of this award is also a model employee whose dedication, leadership, and performance causes them to stand out amongst their peers.

 

Name: The Frank Reda Award

The Frank Reda Award in honor of the late Mr. Francesco Reda is dedicated to the agent who has shown the greatest level of improvement throughout the year. The recipient of this award displays a willingness to learn, strong work ethic, excellent attendance and a never quit attitude. Throughout his life Mr. Reda served as an inspiration to those around him through qualities such as strength, resilience and determination and just as his influence was integral to the birth of I.C.E. so too is the recipient of this award to the future of I.C.E.

 The Hardev S. Dhaliwal award in honor of the late Mr. Dhaliwal is dedicated to the agent rookie of the year. The recipient of this award displays a desire to learn and grow within the organization. This 1^st year agent takes direction well, learns from past mistakes, and strives to be successful. Like Mr. Dhaliwal this agent serves as an inspiration to  his/her peers and exemplifies the future leadership of I.C.E.
