December 2011 2^nd annual Gala

 We are proud to announce that our 2^nd  annual Christmas Gala was a great success in all aspects. International Credit Experts Inc raised $4800 for the Canadian Liver Foundation. We are honored  to have the opportunity to be able to contribute to this great cause and thanks to the generosity  of I.C.E and our guest we were able to make this Gala a great success. The Guests all enjoyed great food, great conversations, employee awards, dancing and the deluxe bar. The hit of the night was Santa Clause  been in attendance to share the holiday season with our guests. International Credit Experts is a big believer in giving back to the community as an organization and that kind of commitment sets ICE apart from all others in our industry. December 2011 New Client

November 2011 2nd Christmas Gala Update

International Credit Experts Inc is proud to present our 2nd Annual Holiday Ball on Saturday, December 10th, 2011 at the Paradise Banquet Hall. With much success at our previous holiday function in 2010 sponsoring the Heart & Stroke Foundation we are honored to be sponsoring the Canadian Liver Foundation this year. We are looking to raise a minimum of $5,000 to this charity as we feel it is important to contribute and donate to a great cause and the community. There will be fine dinning, a signature martini throughout the night with a ton of raffles as we celebrate the night with dancing as I.C.E looks to break in the holiday season to celebrate with staff, clients, friends and family the success and accomplishments of 2011. September 2011

I.C.E had another outstanding month in September 2011 achieving a new record for top line revenue and finishing at 101% of target. Our top line performance this month was matched by our client score card performance with 83% of races in 1st place and 98% in 2nd place or better. With back to back record performances ICE is looking forward to a strong Q4 to end 2011. To show our appreciation for our employees ICE will be hosting a lunch for all staff on October 14th, 2011.

Having a strong year combinded with a strong team allows for growth and in these regards ICE is excited to announce that our Montreal Office has moved to a new location which will enable us to grow the staff count for our Eastern Region. We would like to thank the Province of Quebec for their time and help with this expansion and we look forward to growth of this office in the months to follow.

I.C.E is also excited to be launching another Early Out Program in the month of October and would like to thank our client for the opportunity to work closely with them handling their current customers. Of course all the customers that we contact for our clients are important but when a client shows there confidence by allowing a vendors access to their current customer base it is truly representative of a relationship that is based in trust. At ICE we strive to build these relationships with our clients and have been succesful because we treat their customers like our own.

August 2011

I.C.E had an oustanding month in August achieving 104% of goal and a record breaking month in both collection dollars and client performance. Our strong management team has provided focus and direction, which coupled with the hard work from our staff has allowed us to exemplify our brand, "Leading By Example". Sam Dhaliwal (Owner/President), along with all the management at I.C.E are pleased with these results and our overall agent performance. As such we will be showing our appreciation with an afternoon of bowling and dinner friday, September 2nd, 2011. It is there hard work, dedication, and compliant efforts on the phone that has helped us to deliever a great result for our company and most importantly our clients. We look forward to continue success in Septemeber 2011 and beyond.

INDIA OFFICE - UPDATE

December 2010

As of December 17, 2010, the required consruction and development building permits for the India office are in place and the next phase, the tendering phase to secure contractor services to execute the building plans, are now underway with the projected selection date of January 31, 2011.

The International Credit Experts Inc. First Annual Christmas Gala benefitting the Heart and Stroke Foundation was held this past Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the Royalton Banquet Centre in Woodbridge.

We are pleased to announce that the Gala was a great success in all aspects. A total of $5,000 was raised from admission ticket sales, raffle ticket sales for prizes and generous contributions from business partners. The York South Chapter President of the Heart and Stroke Foundatio

n was in attendance at the Gala and gave a rousing speech highlighting the importance of sustained research into heart disease and stroke.

The Grand Prize of a $1,500 trip voucher to any global destination, donated by International Credit Experts Inc., was awarded at the end of the evening: congratulations to the winner!

Thank-you to all contributors, guests and event suppliers for a great gala evening in support of a great cause.

The evening will be dedicated to fundraising for the Heart and Stroke Foundation and will feature international premium cuisine and entertainment, our signature drink, all-night Martini Luge Service, Martini Fountain and open Deluxe Bar. A Premium Prize of a $1,500 trip to any global destination donated by International Credit Experts Inc. will be awarded by random draw of purchased raffle tickets with all sale proceeds going toward The Heart and Stroke Foundation.

 

The Gala will be held on Saturday December 4, 2010 in The Baroness Room of the Royalton at 8201 Weston Rd. in Woodbridge, Ontario starting at 6:00pm. Tickets are $30.00 each with all proceeds to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

of the Woodbridge, Ontario Headquarters of International Credit Experts Inc. held a potluck lunch to celebrate a successful production close to September 2010 and to usher in the fall season. A variety of local and international dishes and desserts were available for all to enjoy from staples to exotic offerings from India, Chile, Philippines, Venezuela, Columbia,  and we all enjoyed and partook.

Management and Executives recently attended a production conference in Dallas, Texas, USA hosted by our distinguished client that included all vendors of our major multinational utility client. ICE announces launch of India Office

 

June 2010

International Credit Experts Inc. Founder & President  Sam Dhaliwal announced today, June 14,  the acquisition of office space in Sirhind City, India

as the site for the projected development of the ICE Inc. India Office.

Reporting directly to Woodbridge Headquarters, and including a Sales unit, and with the ability to handle multiple clients and inventory sets, the India Office is poised both in physical location and in timing, to tap the emerging financial collection and contact services market needs of India, China and Southeast Asia.

Projected launch year is 2011.

Sirhind City is the ancestral homeland of Mr. Dhaliwal and of his family. In a statement released to staff of ICE Inc., Mr. Dhaliwal expressed pride in having the opportunity to c

ontribute to a community that gave so much to him and his family in his formative years.
