Sam Dhaliwal, Founder & President

Sam Dhaliwal is an industry veteran with extensive experience in credit and collections and contact services, particularly in a 3rd-party environment beginning with positions as a bill collector right up to owner of International Credit Experts Inc. Over the past 10+ years Sam has taken leadership and management roles of increasing responsibility and scope with the largest and most innovative 3rd-party companies in Canada. Apart from his role as Founder & President of International Credit Experts Inc., Sam takes a personal interest in the success of clients and of every aspect of the organization. Joanne Dhaliwal, Senior Vice President

Joanne brings extensive debt recovery and contact services experience to bear on the position of Senior Vice President at International Credit Experts Inc., beginning with positions as a bill collector and subsequently positions in management and as an executive, Joanne is responsible for and oversees all operational functions of the company. Joanne developed and honed her leadership strengths with management roles at some of the most effective service providers in Canadian debt recovery and contact services between 2000 and 2009. With four years as VP of Operations between 2005 and 2009, Joanne oversaw and lead a team of collectors, customer service representatives, administrators and managers to lead 22 of 27 client products to first place in competitive rankings. With International Credit Experts Inc., Joanne applies her considerable and proven management, operational and executive abilities to our vision of the new benchmark for debt recovery and contact services.
